this is just something if If I ever decide to make another OCT
*but first I got to get my old one started if I can xP* or maybe a another story someday

bit of a summery, this villan's plan *possibley* is to capture any close friend/
family member/lover of someone (can have powers or not)

he wants so see if they would really risk it all to save the ones they care about, and they can prove it in the battle island he made, the people captured are put in a glass dome, and powered by a machine that makes them feel like they are not hungry or thirsty

in the end of it all, something about a "Finale" will happen
but that is unknown
