theres a scene where
Fiyreo helps Elphaba escape, but was caught by Oz's guards and was sentensed to death by being torn apart, Elphaba casts a spell hoping to save Fiyeros life, not knowing that the spell she used to save Fiyero, turned him into a scarcrow
(when i saw the play his hair was brown, but others say its blond, o well XP)
