I, too, have human versions of these guys. However, I instead placed them in an alternate version of the National Hockey League where the actual players aren't present. The human versions I have, named Tino and Feodor, respectively, played together on the New Jersey Devils (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Jers…) from Feodor's debut in 1990 until Tino's departure in 2002.
